We are pleased to offer three valuable services to aid you in your career advancement: Interviewing Strategies, Professional Career Coaching, and Resume Review. Our goal is to make the booking process as seamless and hassle-free for you as possible. In this session, we will outline our policies and procedures for booking these services online. Firstly, all bookings must be made through our secure online platform. This ensures that your personal and payment information is safe and protected. We also accept major credit cards as forms of payment. When booking the Interviewing Strategies service, please provide us with your preferred date and time for the session. We ask that you book your session at least 24 hours in advance to allow our team to prepare for your personalized experience adequately. Our Interviewing Strategies sessions are typically 1 hour long and can be conducted via video call or phone call, whichever is most convenient for you. Next, for our Professional Career Coaching service, we ask that you schedule a consultation call with one of our career coaches before booking a full coaching package. This call is free of charge and will allow you to discuss your goals and needs with the coach to determine which package is best suited for you. Once you have decided on a package, you may book and pay for it through our online platform. We recommend booking your coaching sessions at least a week in advance to ensure availability. Lastly, for our Resume Review service, please upload your current resume and indicate any specific areas you would like us to focus on during our review. We ask that you allow at least 3 business days for the review to be completed, after which we will send you the revised version via email. If you require any further edits or have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
