“Other Services” Booking Cancellation/Return Policy
At Recruitment Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality services and strive to meet the needs of our clients. In order to maintain transparency and protect the interests of both our company and our valued clients, we have laid out our Cancellation/Return Policy as follows:
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation of services must be requested in writing, either via email or through our website's contact form at least 24 hours before the service schedule time.
2. A cancellation request will be considered valid only if it is received at least 24 hours before the service has been officially started.
3. If any payment has been made for the service, a full refund will be given only if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the payment being made. After the set time, no refunds will be given.
4. Once a refund is initiated, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to reflect in the account used for the payment.
5. Any cancellation requests received after the service has been started will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy:
1. We do not offer return or exchange of services once the service has been delivered.
2. If any issues arise with the service provided, our team will work towards resolving it within a reasonable time frame.
3. Our company holds the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases where the client has provided incorrect information or failed to provide the necessary information required for the service.
4. In cases where the refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to reflect in the account used for the payment.
5. Clients are advised to thoroughly review all information before providing it for the service to avoid any discrepancies.
